What’s troubling you?

Anxiety is one of the most common concerns amongst the people we see, with typical symptoms being painful thoughts, panic, stress, sleep loss, lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem. Low mood and depression is also common.

You may be experiencing more specific difficulties, such as obsessional and compulsive disorder (OCD), Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating problems, a specific phobia, anger issues or addiction. Whatever it is that’s troubling you, we’re here to help.

The causes of these conditions are many and varied, such as childbirth, a marriage break-up, a career set-back or something further back in childhood. We focus on the symptoms and apply the most appropriate therapy to help you find your own strategy to stop the painful thoughts and feelings and make you feel better.

For people aged 16 and older, we also provide specialist assessments for:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
