I am a senior practitioner with 20 years of clinical experience within private, charitable, voluntary, judicial, health and social care sectors. I am skilled at working with people at any stage of life; children and young adults currently make up most of my caseload but I’m more than happy to work with people through adulthood and into older age too. I am open, honest, inclusive and respectful of diversity and able to provide evidence-based, compassionate support for a wide range of difficulties. My approach is very much relationship based and I work collaboratively to build practical skills and adaptive strengths that can have a multitude of life-long applications.

My story

I have always been told I am a warm, empathic, down-to-earth and non-judgemental person, with whom people feel at ease. I studied at the University of Wales, gaining a degree in Psychology and a masters in Behaviour Analysis.

In my career I have helped people with low mood, anxiety, including phobias, panic and obsessional compulsive disorder (OCD), intrusive thoughts, psychosis, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I have worked with people experiencing drug and alcohol addiction, self-harm and suicidal ideation, and gender dysphoria and transgender identity.

I am a registered hypnobirthing practitioner and provide support with birth preparation, fertility issues and post-birth trauma.

We discovered the Reigate Psychology Service when our daughter 15 was in dire need of support and we were introduced to the wonderful Vicki who has been amazing with my daughter. She instantly put her at ease and gave her the confidence to open up and she really looks forward to her sessions now. It’s early days but we are already seeing the benefits.

I just want to take this opportunity to say a massive thankyou for everything you have done for my son, he really values your outlook and suggestions and is finding this process so helpful to his overall mental health well being. I’ve seen such an improvement in him and it means so much to me to have my son back and not to have to worry about him all the time and fear the worst! Its impossible to thankyou enough but wanted you to know how grateful our whole family is for you. Thankyou!!!
